Objectives
The Fall Protection Training course is designed to educate participants on essential principles and practices for preventing falls in the workplace. The primary objective is to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify fall hazards, implement preventive measures, and safely use fall protection equipment.
Target Audience
The target audience for Fall Protection Training includes individuals across various industries who are involved in tasks that expose them to fall hazards. It includes employees at all levels, especially employees of construction, facilities management, Mechanical and Electrical’s employees.

- Designing and maintaining safe work environments
- Emergency planning for fall prevention
Module 2: Risk Control and Management
- Techniques for managing and controlling risks associated with falls
- Implementing control measures to minimise fall-related incidents
- Continuous improvement in risk management practices
Module 3: Techniques of Safety Harness Usage
- In-depth training on the proper usage of safety harnesses
- Practical exercises on wearing, adjusting, and securing safety harnesses
- Addressing common issues and troubleshooting with safety harnesses
Day 2:
Module 4: Anchor Points and Fall Arrest Systems
- Understanding anchor points and their role in fall protection
- Overview of fall arrest systems and their components
- Proper installation and usage of anchor points and fall arrest systems
Module 5: Emergency Response and Rescue Procedures
- Developing emergency response plans for fall-related incidents
- Techniques for self-rescue and assisting others
- Coordination with emergency services
Module 6: Behavioral Aspects of Fall Prevention
- Fostering a safety culture within the workplace
- Employee engagement and participation in fall prevention initiatives
- Leadership’s role in creating a culture of safety

Cancellation & Transfer
Please note that should this registration be cancelled fourteen (14) days before the day of the training, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed. If cancellation is made seven (7) days before the training, full payment of the training will be levied. Please note that amendments can only be made to the above arrangement by giving a minimum of three (3) working days’ notice. Additionally, a 30% upfront payment is required via Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) or bank transfer.
