The Certificate in Elderly Care Centre Operation (SKM Level 3) and Diploma in Elderly Care (SKM Level 4) aim to equip the students with the skills and competencies to handle elderly people with health issues, as well as challenges presented in working with multidisciplinary teams within an elderly care setting. The course covers the physical, psychological, nutritional and mental aspects of human health, as well as the tools you will need to deal with illnesses and challenging behaviour.

• Completion of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent
• Physically and mentally fit
• Malaysian citizen
• 18 years old and above
