Objectives
The Competency Based Interviewing Skills training is designed to equip participants with the essential skills and techniques required to conduct effective competency-based interviews. Day 1:
Module 1: Introduction to Competency-Based Interviewing

- Establish foundational principles and objectives for assessing candidates based on competencies.
Module 2: Identifying Key Competencies
- Define and recognize critical competencies imperative for success in specific job roles.
- Align identified competencies with organizational objectives and performance expectations.
Module 3: Developing Structured Interview Questions
- Formulating targeted and behaviorally-based interview questions
- Aligning interview questions with identified competencies to elicit meaningful candidate responses
Module 4: Evaluation of Candidate Responses

- Establish a structured approach to assessing and scoring candidate competencies objectively.
Day 2:
Module 5: Enhancing Interview Consistency
- Establish and maintain a consistent, standardized approach to competency-based interviews.
- Minimizing bias and ensuring fairness in the evaluation process.

- Utilizing competency-based assessments to make informed and objective hiring decisions

Pricing:

Please note that should this registration be cancelled fourteen (14) days before the day of the training, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed. If cancellation is made seven (7) days before the training, full payment of the training will be levied. Please note that amendments can only be made to the above arrangement by giving a minimum of three (3) working days’ notice. Additionally, a 30% upfront payment is required via Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) or bank transfer.
