Terms & Condition
1. Please be informed that there will be an additional F&B charge of RM 35 per pax from the 31st
participant onward.
2. Please note that confirmation is required for a 30% upfront payment to secure your reservation,
with an additional 8% Service Tax to be included in the final pricing.
3. Please note that should this reservation be cancelled fourteen (14) days before the day of the event
a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed. If cancellation is made seven (7) days before the event,
full payment of the training will be levied.
4. Any additional requirements/ requests in regards to customisation of F&B &/ Training Arrangement
can be discussed with our administrative personnel for at least 14 days.
